Financial Education Programme and Services
The Financial Education team produce free resources and support to help schools teach young people how to manage their money.

The Corporate Partnerships Team work with a variety of companies across different industries to help raise vital funds to address the skills gap facing young people today. The team create strategic partnerships that meet the needs of their organisation while having a profound impact on the lives of young people.

The Philanthropy Team works with business leaders, high net-worth individuals and philanthropists to see how Young Enterprise can fulfil their charitable objectives. The team meet these individuals to explore how their donations can be invested where it will make the most impact for young people.

The Trusts and Statutory team builds relationships and leads approaches to trust and statutory funders, such as the Education Endowment Foundation, Big Lottery Fund and Department for Education. The team work closely with programmes to align funding needs against grant opportunities to maximise support and impact on the lives of young people.

The Marketing team oversees the Young Enterprise brand, delivers all national marketing and events, manages our websites and social media and leads on our alumni development. We work closely with teams across the organisation to deliver inspiring campaigns, materials and events.

The Public Affairs and Public Relations Team keeps media and political audiences up to date on Young Enterprise’s impact on young people and wider society. The team provides insight and thought leadership on public policy issues through the experience we gain from working directly with children and young people aged from 4 to 25 and from a wide range of backgrounds.

The Research and Evaluation team evaluates the impact of our programmes in order to measure young people’s progression across key employability competencies, their personal development as well as to improve the quality of our work.
The Young People’s Programme & Services team run our main projects such as Company Programme, Fiver and Tenner etc and lead our network of Young Enterprise Managers across the country to deliver our programmes.

The Finance team not only provide the Board and Senior Management Team with details of the Charity’s performance but also meet all the statutory reporting requirements and supply support to the all the other teams for bids and reports. In addition the team ensure that sales invoices are raised and paid, suppliers are happy, and the staff are paid.

The IT team provide support for the differing IT requirements of the charity, including but not limited to 2/3rd line support for all staff and supporting/developing our bespoke CRM.

The small HR and Volunteer Support Team support around 150 staff and over 4,000 volunteers, including over 120 Local Volunteer Boards. They are here to provide advice and guidance on a myriad of HR and volunteer topics from contractual related discussions, recruitment (of staff and volunteers) and learning and development.
