School accolade for putting business on agenda for pupils
A DERBY school has been named as a “centre of excellence” for a national competition which aims to find the best young business brains in the country.
Young Enterprise has awarded the honour to recognise the commitment shown by Derby High School, in Hillsway, Little-over.
The competition aims to give schoolchildren a valuable insight into business, enterprise and the world of work.
Pupils are responsible for every aspect of running a business and creating a product which could be brought to the mass market.
