Start Up Companies in Chester gain valuable insight into law with Jolliffe & Co. LLP
The University of Chester and Jolliffe and Co Solicitors joined forces as part of the Young Enterprise Start Up Programme on Tuesday 12th November.
Undergraduates from five new start ups where able to gain a real insight into the many aspects of Business Law, Copyright and Intellectual Property that they may face over the coming years.
Local law firm Jolliffe and Co have been long supporters of the University of Chester and students from the Business School, all students who are level 5 are completing a Business Management and Entrepreneurship as part of their varying degree courses.
Kelsey McGlynn, Trainee Solicitor said: “It’s great to be invited to be part of the Young Enterprise Start Up scheme. The students are all future entrepreneurs and it’s great to see students considering legal issues right at the start of their business careers.
We hope to see all of them as commercial clients of ours in a couple of years to come.”
