Ryde’s charity catwalk event a success
Decorations made by Young Enterprise were on sale at the event.
Sixth form students recently staged a charity fashion show, showcasing styles from the Twenties to the present day — using clothes donated by the Save the Children charity shop in Ryde.
The fun event raised money for Save the Children and all the clothing at the show was for sale.
Some of the cash will be used to help vulnerable children and their families affected by the devastating Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines.
Decorations made by Young Enterprise and a limited-edition fashion badge were also on sale at the event.
