Home Bargains supports North West young enterprise final
The Merseyside retailer helped to judge the Best Presentation award category, which was presented to Refreshers from Liverpool Hope University.
The final was held at Edge Hill University on Wednesday, 26 February, and was attended by Home Bargains’ Engagement Manager, Ines Dearman.
The Merseyside retailer helped to judge the Best Presentation award category, which was presented to Refreshers from Liverpool Hope University. Ines also selected and handed out the award for the Best Trade Stand award, which went to Bear Mojo, again from Liverpool Hope.
Ines said: “Bear Mojo were deserving winners of the Best Trade Stand category. They displayed strong branding, attention to detail and genuine professionalism.
“It was fantastic to be a part of the day and see all the exciting business talent blossoming in the region. As one of the UK’s largest discount retailers, we are proud of our North West roots and are committed to encouraging enterprise in the area.”

More than 600 18 to 25-year-olds in nine universities and colleges across the North West have taken part in the Young Enterprise Start Up Programme this year, setting up a total of 89 businesses with help of over 60 volunteers from 30 businesses.
The National Young Enterprise Finals will take place at the prestigious Level 39, Canary Whart London in May 2014.
