New Regional Manager for West of England
After four fantastic years, Caroline Tarbuck is leaving her role as Young Enterprise Manager in the West of England.
Area Manager, Julie Pond says; “During Caroline’s term we have seen considerable education and business growth in the region over this period. This has been down to a lot of hard work and the support of a very engaged and proactive Board who have all worked together truly as One Team. Caroline has been immensely dedicated and supportive and we will miss her but wish her the very best of luck.”
Caroline adds; “It has been a really exciting four years. For me, seeing the progress of young people as they develop in the Company Programme over the year is very inspiring. New skills are found and developed, hurdles overcome, sometimes the hard way, but our young people show enormous resilience and growth in all sorts of ways.
“I will be handing over the reigns to a good friend and colleague, Gillian Hayward, who has been covering a maternity post as Young Enterprise Manager in Gloucestershire.
“I leave the post in very good hands and know that Gillian will continue the hard work done by the Board and myself to raise the profile of Young Enterprise in the region.
“I will really miss all my friends and business contacts made over the years but will keep in touch with all things YE via social media and hopefully over coffee and cake sometime. I am not retiring, just taking a summer break before new opportunities may come my way. It’s been quite a journey, thanks to everyone who has shared it with me.
