Funky Sunflower delivers Start Up session to Liverpool Hope students
Award winning events organisation Funky Sunflower joined forces with Young Enterprise in Merseyside to deliver a Start Up session at Liverpool Hope University on Tuesday 15th October.
Funky Sunflower Managing Director Rebecca Waterfield covered a variety of topics from ideas creation, creativity within business and adapting to change in the business environment.
Rebecca said: “As a local business we feel that it’s vital to support the next generation of business superstars. It’s a privilege to be able to work with such enthusiastic students who are just at the start of an exciting journey, and I believe it’s the responsibility of existing businesses to help guide and support them in any way we can.
“It’s all about legacy – and if we can help just one person achieve their dream of running a successful company then I know I’ve done my job.”
Over 70 students took part in the session, all of whom are working on the Start Up Programme as part of their degree within the Business Management School.
