Students profit from business school

School students became entrepreneurs in a Young Enterprise programme.

More than 150 Year 9 pupils from Meridian School in Royston interviewed volunteers from Johnson Matthey as part of an enterprise workshop.

They then created a product and had to present and attempt to sell it to potential investors – represented by sponsors and local business volunteers.

Royston mayor Cllr Lindsay Davidson judged the results.
