Students from Duston School in Northampton spoke of how they wanted their Young Enterprise business to benefit Malawi, in a powerful interview with BBC Radio Northampton.

Appearing on John Griff’s lunchtime programme the team, which calls itself African Jewellery, Made in Malawi, they said they had chosen to sell items from the landlocked country in the south east of Africa. It is one of the least developed countries in the world.

Duston’s team leader Tino said his 11-strong group chose this line of business business “because we wanted the satisfaction of knowing that we were touching someone’s life”.
