Be inspired about the future – smoothing the transition from College to your next step

We know how big the transition from College to working life or further education can be. There are so many possibilities for young people and yet very little exposure to the world of work to help them decide which path to take or opportunities for them to gain vital skills for work. This programme gives students the opportunity to build key employability skills with students supported to take their next step by our expert business volunteers from Old Mutual Wealth. And because we believe that the best way for young people to develop key skills is to learn by doing, we inspire and support them to set up and run a real business.

We’ll help young people who complete the programme by providing them with a business mentor and/or funding to support their transition from FE to employment to help them start-up in business.
