Grey Denham - Chairman

Grey is a long-term supporter of Young Enterprise, and became Chairman in January 2015. Grey is a qualified barrister with previous roles at GKN plc, Charter International plc and the CBI.

Judith Felton

Judith Felton has been a Trustee of Young Enterprise since July 2009.  She retired as Group Secretary of GKN plc, a major YE supporter for many years. Judith is a law graduate from Birmingham University.

Saj Jetha

Saj is an economist, author and founder of the multi-award winning talent agency The Smarty Train. Saj started his career as a Strategy Consultant at Accenture and then moved to EY’s Strategy Advisory Practice.


Elizabeth Kitcatt

Elizabeth graduated from King’s College, Cambridge, with a degree in Classics and English. Elizabeth has taught in inner London schools as Head of English and Deputy Head.


Alicia Navarro

Alicia is a Young Enterprise Alumni and CEO of successful startup Skimlinks. Her passion for entrepreneurship and innovation began as a result of her YE experience.


Helen Nixseaman

Helen joined Young Enterprise in 2016. She recently retired from PwC, where she was a partner specialising in risk management and internal controls.

Raj Sharma

Raj is General Counsel and Company Secretary at Wincanton Plc. Prior to this, he spent several years at Mitie Group Plc. He has extensive experience working with start-ups and high-growth businesses and is a Young Enterprise alumnus.

Chris Slater

Chris Slater joined the YE Board in February 2019. A highly successful entrepreneur, Chris is the co-founder of Simply Business, an organisation he helped to grow from a tiny start-up to one of the UK’s largest online business insurance providers.

Johaan Wiggins

Johaan Wiggins has been a Trustee of Young Enterprise since May 2017. Johaan is a Partner at Oliver Wyman where he leads the Digital, Technology, Operations & Analytics practice across EMEA.

Alan Williams

Alan works at HSBC as Global Head of Operational Risk Policy, Capital and Stress Testing. His first involvement with Young Enterprise was at school when he took part in the Company Programme.

Graham Farhall

Graham joined the Board of Young Enterprise in February 2019 after having been an independent member of the Risk and Audit Committee since March 2018.  Graham works as Regional Director – Finance – EMEA at Delta Air Lines, Inc
