My Money Week

My Money Week: 9-13 June 2026.
My Money Week is a national activity week for primary and secondary schools that provides a fantastic opportunity or young people to gain the skills, knowledge and confidence in money matters they need to thrive in society.

At a glance

  • Suitable for students 4-18
  • New free resources available each year in the Summer term
  • Great way to get started delivering financial education
  • Activity week to engage the whole school

My Money Week aims to get children and young people aged 4–18 excited and interested in financial matters. It’s a great introduction for educators who are new to financial education and each year it provides brand new resources, materials and ideas for those already teaching it.

My Money Week 2025 focused on how young people can make the most of their money. Students will explore spending and saving habits and discover how external factors like advertising and rising prices influence their decisions. Together, let’s equip young people with the tools to learn to earn and manage money!

Resources from My Money Week 2025 and previous years are available to download from the My Money Week Resource Hub (now in both English and Welsh)!

My Money Week 2026 is from the 15-19 June 2026. Watch this space for more details

“The students thoroughly enjoyed it ‘til the stage they were like, ‘when can we do some more?’, and it was great because it was followed on by our school’s Enterprise Day where they got to spend money and budget, so it lent itself really nicely to building on the skills that they had learnt from that week and just seeing their confidence was incredible
