Team Programme
Team Programme is an enterprise journey for students who have mild to moderate learning difficulties. Designed to aid young people’s transition from education into independent living and employment, the programme develops confidence and life skills through working as a team to set up and run an enterprise.
At a glance
Giving young people the chance to run their own business – and gain the confidence, skills and experience to thrive.
- Age range - 15-19 year olds (entry level/ level 1 qualifications)
- Adaptable printed worksheets and educator guidance
- Flexible duration – from 12 weeks up to one academic year
- Programme fees - Contribution of just £560 per student company for state schools or £2,500 for independent schools

Team Programme is a practical, inclusive enterprise experience designed for young people with mild to moderate learning difficulties. By setting up and running their own business, students develop essential life skills, build confidence and prepare for the transition from education to employment or independent living. Every step is supported, but led by them.
