At Young Enterprise, our mission is to equip young people with the skills, confidence, and opportunities they need to succeed in the world of work and we were proud to launch our three-year partnership with Cushman & Wakefield earlier this year. As one of the UK’s leading global commercial real estate services firms, they share our commitment to supporting the next generation.

Together, we are creating inspiring opportunities for young people to explore careers in property and develop the essential skills that will help them thrive in the future. Throughout the summer, Cushman & Wakefield welcomed students to Career Insight Days across its regional offices in Birmingham and Bristol, with events planned later this year in Leeds and Edinburgh. These events give young people first-hand experience of the sector, while helping them build confidence and broaden their career insights.

This autumn, Cushman & Wakefield will host 20 school-aged students for structured work experience placements in London and Manchester. These placements will provide a valuable chance for young people to gain practical knowledge, meet industry professionals, and understand the wide range of pathways into commercial real estate.
