The Jack Petchey Foundation & Young Enterprise: A Powerful Partnership in Youth Empowerment

At Young Enterprise, we are proud to work alongside incredible philanthropic partners who share our vision of empowering young people to build a successful future. One such long-standing and impactful partnership is with The Jack Petchey Foundation, established by Sir Jack Petchey CBE to inspire and celebrate the achievements of young people.

Since 1999, The Jack Petchey Foundation has invested over £180 million in initiatives that benefit young people aged 11–25 across London and Essex. The Foundation's commitment to recognising potential, boosting confidence, and creating opportunity aligns perfectly with our mission to equip young people with the skills, knowledge, and experiences they need to thrive in work and life.

To date, our partnership has supported over 130,000 young people, offering a powerful blend of practical learning and personal development. Together, we deliver two flagship programmes: The Jack Petchey Employability Masterclass (EMC) and Inspiring Futures. Reaching over 4,000 young people each year, these programmes provide tailored support to young people across London and Essex, helping them to explore their strengths, develop key skills, and gain the confidence to pursue their ambitions.

By working in partnership, Young Enterprise and the Jack Petchey Foundation ensure that young people from all backgrounds are empowered to thrive - not just in the workplace, but in every aspect of their future lives. This collaboration is a shining example of philanthropy in action: transformative, inclusive, and deeply rooted in a belief in youth potential.
