Young people aged 11-19 have four weeks to research, create, plan and run their own business with a £10 pledge. A highly interactive programme offering first-hand experience to enhance confidence and enterprising mindsets.

The 10X Challenge is a free national enterprise programme that offers an excellent introduction to enterprise and financial education, and enhances employability skills and career readiness. It provides young people with opportunity to enter their business idea in a range of competitions throughout the four week challenge, competing nationally against other teams or individuals to win great prizes and feature in the 10X Showcase.
We want to ensure every teacher and parent feels empowered and confident to unlock the potential of young entrepreneurs,
so we provide ready-to-teach resources, available in English and Welsh, that can be used in the classroom and at home.
The programme focuses on developing a learner centred approach to provide engaging and contextualised learning – supporting the National Curriculum and Curriculum for Wales. 10X is a fantastic way to introduce young people to ideas about the world of work while developing subject relevant skills through practical learning.
