Money Mules Awareness: Don't Be Fooled

Don’t be Fooled is a collaboration between UK Finance and Cifas. These resources are for primary (Year 5-6) and secondary (Year 7-9) which include a lesson plan, assembly presentation and teacher guidance in aims to support teachers in raising awareness of this serious issue.

The Primary resource follows Stirling and the Secondary resource follows Josh as they both navigate being approached through social media to receive money and put them at risk of being a money mule. The teacher notes include guidance on how these can be delivered sensitively to the young people. These resources include links to PSHE, IT (cyber security), Drama, Art, English and more.
