My Money Matters
My Money Matters is an online course for students which provides them with the opportunity to explore their own attitudes to money and gain key financial skills to help them in the real world.
At a glance

- Contribution of £5 per student. Regional funding in some areas allows schools to access 250 licenses free.

- 1.5 - 2 hours average completion time
During this course, students will explore how to make the most of their money and the different ways to manage savings. They will learn about financial risk and reward, what to consider when borrowing money, and different types of debt. They will think ahead to life after school, and the costs and benefits of the different options available to them. Finally they’ll learn to recognise the common scams that people encounter and learn to protect themselves against them.
The course maps to the themes in the Your Money Matters textbook and can be used alongside it or independently.
The units of the course can be completed in any order and teachers can set specific units for students to focus on.
Access to My Money Matters a contribution of £5 per student license. Regional funding in some areas of England and Wales allows us to offer up to 250 student licenses (per school) free to some schools. Use the postcode checker below to see if your school is eligible for funding.
