BBC Young Apprentice star Harry Hitchens has urged all school students to sign up for the 'fantastic' and 'unique' Young Enterprise.
The dynamic 17-year-old businessman offered his advice to the new generation of entrepreneurs as he took on Lord Sugar's role and acted as judge in the charity's bustling London trade fair.
But his key piece of wisdom for budding young entrepreneurs was that while the hands-on experience offered by Young Enterprise was vital, this should be balanced with qualifications - whether an apprenticeship or a degree - since 95% of high paying jobs required them.

Young Enterprise helps beat youth jobless scourge.
Young Enterprise helps to reduce youth unemployment, new research suggests. The more young people come into contact with employers while they are at school, the less likely they are to go on to be unemployed, it says.
