Our Future Plans
1
Areas of Deprivation

Currently we work with 39% of secondary schools in the 30% most deprived areas in England and Wales. We plan to increase our reach in these areas to 50% by 2019

2
Increasing Support to Educators

By developing our delivery models to compliment the curriculum and building on support for educators outside of mainstream education, such as youth workers, social workers and young offender institutions.

3
Sustainable Digital Solutions

We will continue to develop digital solutions for our programmes, including opportunities for young people to access digital skills, preparing them for the world of work in a digital age.

4
Measuring the impact of our work

We plan to expand our evaluation approach to include qualitative data which gives a rich and contextual understanding of our work. We also plan to give greater focus to learning and innovation.
