At Young Enterprise, we are committed to evaluating the impact of our programmes. Evaluation allows us to continually improve and measure young people’s progression across the employability competencies and their personal development.
In addition to evaluating the difference we make to young people across the eight employability competencies we also measure what difference our programmes achieve for young people’s: self esteem, aspirations, career intentions and work readiness.
