“Delta is committed to helping all young people achieve their full potential no matter what their starting point in life. Since 2017 we have worked in partnership with Young Enterprise to support young people participating in Company Programme to develop the enterprising mindset and key skills they need to be successful. Annually we also support the Old Spitalfields Market trade fair, where hundreds of young people from across London get the chance to showcase the skills they’ve learned by selling directly to the public. We’re very proud to be one of Young Enterprise’s Transforming Futures partners during their 60th Anniversary year.” Graham Farhall, Regional Director – Finance EMEA.
Delta Air Lines is committed to the development and education of people worldwide. It has a strong record in diversity and inclusion and actively seeks diversity, pursues equity, and consciously promotes inclusion to create a sense of belonging for everyone.
Encouraging the development of young people as they prepare to start their working lives is a key strand of Delta’s commitment. The goals and the objectives of Young Enterprise are entirely aligned with that aspiration, and Delta is proud to support and to take an active part in their endeavours.
Young Enterprise in the UK is just one of a number of similar partnerships with youth development organisation that Delta supports worldwide.
This year, Delta will also support Young Enterprise’s new ‘Innovation Studio’ programme. The programme will consist of a real-life challenge Delta is facing that young people will then help solve.
