Transforming Futures Podcast Series

We are thrilled to launch our fourth podcast series, this one titled ‘Transforming Futures’, ahead of launching our new strategy of the same name in Autumn 2024. The series explores the contribution that opportunities and support can make to transforming young people’s futures, together with how we equip the next generation for the future of work. Sharon Davies, CEO, interviewed a mix of senior leaders from different sectors, as well as two young entrepreneurs.

Each guest was invited to reflect on how the powerful chemistry of support and opportunity has influenced their own lives. The nine episodes, some videos, mostly audio podcasts, draw out the moments that really mattered to our interviewees. Their experiences cover both the personal and the professional, with refreshing honesty and candid insights. Their perspectives have helped further demonstrate the need for both support and opportunity to unlock potential and accelerate social mobility as a society.

Effort and hard work: the foundations for success.

In this episode, Rob Marcus, Senior Marketing Director Northern Europe, Colgate-Palmolive, reminds us that complementing support and opportunity with effort can accelerate pathways to success.
