The Employability Masterclass provides an opportunity for students to learn from local employers and employees about the skills and qualities that are required to be successful in the workplace and to build a broader understanding of the workplace and employment.

Complementary to Employability Masterclass is our Employable Me online course available on the YE Learning Zone. Employable Me is mobile enabled and designed for independent learning so can be completed by students either from home or using individual equipment in school. Find out more here.
Delivered by our fully trained and safeguarded Area Managers, our other classroom programmes offer a wide range of small group work and practical activities which are facilitated throughout the day.
