MY MONEY WEEK - 10th to 14th June 2024

My Money Week is a national activity week for primary and secondary schools that provides a fantastic opportunity for young people to gain the skills, knowledge and confidence in money matters to thrive in society. It’s the highest profile and most recognised personal finance education initiative in England.

My Money Week LogoMy Money Week aims to get children and young people aged 3 – 19 excited and interested in financial matters. It’s a great introduction for educators who are new to financial education and each year it provides brand new resources, materials and ideas for those already teaching it.

My Money Week 2024 is from the 10th to the 14th of June.

Last year’s #MyMoneyWeek theme was Mind Over Money – across the UK children explored risk and reward and learned how to make informed choices, manage their emotions, and how to ask for help and source advice when it comes to money matters.

Resources from My Money Week 2023 and previous years are available to download from the My Money Week Resource Hub (now in both English and Welsh)!

My Money Week Community Pinboards:

This year for the first time we created a primary community pinboard and a secondary community pinboard on Padlet with questions related to this year’s theme. Keep an eye out for how you can share with the My Money Week community next year

Note: To sign up to the My Money Week Resource Hub as a parent, please use your child’s school name and address in the Organisation Name and Organisation Address fields on the registration form, and select Parent/Home Educator under Organisation Type.
