@youngmoneyedu #YMChallenge2020

The first ever Young Money Challenge launched in February 2020.

We have extended the deadline for entries to 3rd July 2020 and created Home Learning Guides to help parents support children and young people to enter the Young Money Challenge during the summer term.

The Challenge Packs and Home Learning Guides, containing everything young people need to enter, are available for download below!

There are three different Challenge Packs, with activities and Challenge entry options for children and young people aged 4 to 19 years.

Each Challenge Pack contains:

  • Guidance on how to participate in the Challenge and submit your entries, as well as information about the prizes available for winning entries!
  • A set of teaching materials with activities designed to develop young people’s understanding of responsible consumerism and inspire them to create thoughtful and persuasive entries for the Young Money Challenge.
  • Home Learning Guide with ideas and suggestions for parents and carers about how you can support children and young people with their Challenge entries.

This year we’re exploring the theme of money management and environmental sustainability.

Children and young people are encouraged to consider the connection between money management and wider issues affecting their local and global communities.

The Young Money Challenge 2020 is supported by Capita.
