The Young Money Challenge

Launched for the first time in January 2020, the annual Young Money Challenge encourages young people to consider the connection between money management and wider issues affecting their local and global communities.

For our first year, we explored the connection between money management and environmental sustainability.

The Challenge has been hugely successful, with around 1000 children and young people participating across the UK. We’ve been extremely impressed by the outstanding entries, and overwhelmed by the passion shown by young people for money management, the environment, and their communities.

After much deliberation, and with thanks to Capita and a very special panel of judges who’ve helped us with this particularly difficult task, we’ve chosen our 9 winning entries.
